"Value for Money"

"As soon as we checked into the room I noticed the sheets on the trundle bed under the sofa were stained and dirty asking with the sofa. When I called to ask that the sheets be changed I was told the employee I was speaking to was the only one there and that housekeeping was gone for the evening. "It was great, clean, no funky smells, great breakfast, friendly place to stay"

"I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all."

"The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay."
