Luxury 3 bedroom villa, private heated pool, beautiful gardens, Winter lets

10/10 Excellent

"A very spacious and well equipped villa. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Lounge has two sofas and an armchair therefore plenty of room to sit everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable, all with air conditioning. The bottled water coolers was another real benefit with inexpensive 10 litre refills available at the local main supermarket. The outside space was amazing with plenty of shade available when relaxing under the trees. The sunbeds were sturdy, all with sunbed cushions. The pool was of a good size and very warm, clean and regularly maintained. The were some good local restaurants and a nice beach, Rikkos beach, approximately a 20 minute drive away. It has a long beach with plenty of parking along the whole length. It is mainly sand. The communication with the owners was excellent and also there was a local lady who provided villa directions and access information and came to see us shortly after we arrived. It is always a benefit to have someone local to provide useful local information and be available should any problems occur which there were none. Another major advantage is that the villa is very close to the airport. All in all an excellent stay and I would book this villa again if I decided to stay in this area of Cyrpus again."

"The housekeeping was terrible. Staying in a luxury room the room was not made up until very late afternoon. We spoke to reception about this several times. Some of the new waitresses/ waitor staff one gentleman and a new lady kept mixing up drinks orders. Milane the mature waitress was excellent and went way above customer service levels. Roman the driver was also excellent.."

"Lovely resort. Set in quiet Mandria a couple of minutes drive from AlphaMega supermarket. Rooms were spacious & well equipped. Peter (who manages the resort) was very friendly & helpful. Sent us some valuable information on local activities & routes to the mountains. Also gave us good advice to get tickets to watch Pafos FC. Pool area was clean & no problem getting a subbed at any time of day. We had a great time."

"Overall, the Villa is very nice and very well equipped the cleaning company were very good and thorough. It was well stocked on our arrival which was a nice touch. The rental company very helpful gave clear instructions and replied quickly to any questions we had before we arrived. The owner was super quick to replace one of the broken outdoor umbrellas when we arrived the service overall was very good."

"Villa Pontus is absolutely amazing. The sea view, framed by palm- and cypress trees, is stunning. The beautifully maintained garden with orange and lemon trees, the swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor BBQ area make it a perfect place to relax. The house itself is very pleasant, spacious, and well equipped, with comfortable beds throughout. If you are lucky enough to stay here, don’t hesitate — it’s a wonderful place."
