"For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....

"This hotel charges too much money for what you get. Two of the receptionists we spoke with were pretty rude. The room was spacious but lucking in basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee, and drinking water (obviously no fridge). The doors were not fire doors and quite flimsy. One pillow each. Curtains didn't block out much light. Shower at the wrong time and you won't have any hot water. Breakfast was only okay."

"The hotel is not a four star. The parking is first come first serve. We made reservations for a king size and the room had two twin beds but we combined it and it was ok. Although the sheets are small for twin sizes, there are two sets so it did the job. The housekeeping didn’t clean much just emptied garbage and left new towels. The safe didn’t work properly. There was a spider in the room. The area itself was nearby the popular areas. About 5 mins with a taxi. "
