「Everything was great. Staff was friendly, location is good and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The issue was when we requested the airport transportation service. One of the receptionist took our Information and told us she "booked" the service and that I would receive a text to confirm later. The next day I asked another receptionist if the payment would be charged to my credit card and she said no, that we would pay the company and then she looked up our reservation on the computer...
