「Todo perfecto」

「This is a new hotel with lots of things going for it and a few details to improve, It's located in a quiet street in Laureles, but close to all the action. Rooms are big and light, with floor to ceiling windows, new mattresses, and good linen. They are in the industrial, "minimal," style, with exposed pipes and concrete floors. There are two details to improve: the first two days it took 10 minutes for hot water to come out, and on the third day there was no hot water, just lukewarm after...

「I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was beautiful, quiet. The only downside was that the water didn’t get warm all the time. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!」

「Front desk staff provided excellent service」
