「Customer service is very bad. I requested a crib upon arrival. The crib was never delivered to the room; I asked the front desk multiple times. They kept saying they sent a message to housekeeping to deliver the crib, which didn't happen till we left.」

「Das Zimmer war zwar sauber hatte aber Flecken im Teppich,welche mal entfernt werden sollten. Unter den Betten war noch Abfall der Vorgänger.
Im einem Lift war Tagelang der wichtigste Knopf defekt wurde auch trotz Meldung nicht behoben.
Was sehr positiv war, ist das Hotel-Restaurant mit Waqar. Ein sehr luxuriöses und bezahlbares Lokal.
Auch die Patisserie in der Lobby war nicht schlecht. Anzumerken sind auch die täglichen Gratis Datteln und der arabische Kaffee.」
