"The stay was good. Great location within 1 street of the seafront. Roughly 15min to the pier. The host Kevin is very accommodating and polite. The cooked breakfast was very tasty. I appreciate it's a B&B but it could do with a little modernising. The parking is not very good. Even though it's free parking in the surrounding roads, it was a struggle to get a space."

The mattress on the bed was quite thin and uncomfortable. This was mentioned to reception. The bathroom was also tired and needed updating. The WI-FI was very bad! Great location for everything. "
