「This was my first stay. Friendly and helpful reception experience. Lovely spacious room with all facilities needed including ample wardrobe space with hangers and iron/ironing board. Good views from top floor and fantastic aircon which was very much needed as it was a London heatwave. All employees were exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very friendly welcome from employees and locals in the bar during the evenings. Would highly recommend.」
「Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent」

One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP).」
