"Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. Room was clean, did not notice anything that needed attention. The only thing, it was nice having soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash accessible, the hand soap is kinda far when washing your hands. The hot tub was nice and warm, the timer stayed on so you did not have to get out and turn it back in. Pool was clean, just too chilly for me. Towel supply was fully stocked in pool area. Breakfast had choice of 2 different waffle batters, first time I had seen that as well as regular size waffle maker and 4 small waffles. The lady working the breakfast was very nice. Property was back off the beaten path but was quiet location. Definitely would stay there again if ever we are in Omaha again!"

"Good for an overnight stay. It looked like kids were having fun in the pool area. Bedding was pretty old with some stains. Floor in the room was pretty dirty and there was dog hair all over the edge of the beds. "

"Carpet in our room needed to be professionally shampooed. Soles of our white socks became dirty just walking on the carpet for a few minutes."

"The room was clean, the property was clean, easy smooth check-in. I gave the staff a lower rating for a few different reasons. When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. Didn't get a greeting, until he got up to check us in. And twice I went to the desk (during the night) and there was no one there, waited and waited and nothing. Yet they say they're there 24 hrs a day. I also said good morning to the woman who was working the breakfast area and restocking and maintaining its freshness and I said good morning and thanked her. No response. No acknowledgement what so ever. Strange but I didn't make it a big deal. Regardless, we had a great stay and would stay again! Staff members maybe had a rough day. Never know :)"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the door but overall we will be back! Parking is a challenge!"

"Table missing, got 2nd day. Slow on replacing tp & tissues. Only cleaned 1 day out of 6 day stay."
