The entire hotel was absolutely stunning. I love the cleanliness of the rooms. The 24hr availability for tea and coffee was a plus. The staff was very attentive and professional. I enjoyed my stay very much. I highly recommend it.

Rooms where so dirty complained to staff but I got the runaround I usually stay at Plano location so we decided to try Allen never again. I had pictures of how dirty sofas and bathrooms were.
