"Got there early and had a super easy and fast check in. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. We used the bathroom and ended up clogging the toilet so we called down at 4pm and asked for maintenance to come fix it while we were gone. We returned to our room at 1am and they never came. I called down to the front desk and they came right up. After 30 mins of trying to unclog it they gave up and left. They said they would see about a partial refund"
