「Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! We stayed at Gibos for four nights and the home-cooked Turkish breakfast was superb every day. We were offered excellent recommendations on hikes, dinner options (Sinasos Wine House), and they made our hot air balloon ride reservations for us with a great company (we normally don’t do those kind of activities, but it was incredible!). We felt like family friends by the time we left. Do not hesitate to stay here if you would like an authentic cave hotel...

The room was comfortable spotless, perfectly heated for the season, and benefited from a spacious terrace.
A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks.

The stay at Upper Greek House was superb and the dinners at his other property just down the hill were delicious. The town is cute-- much better that Goreme. It is also centrally located to all the site. It is no wonder Rick Steve's has this in his book.」

「Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc....
