Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The surrounding area felt dirty, smoky, and unsafe, with graffiti and garbage throughout. The amenities were very poor. We were initially given only two small shower towels and a floor mat, with no hand towels. When we requested more, staff were reluctant to provide them. The shower was extremely small and water went everywhere, requiring us to use our towels to prevent it from leaking onto the bathroom floor. The €10 breakfast was not worth the price. It consisted mainly of boiled eggs, cold cuts, bread, coffee, and yogurt, with very poor-quality fruit options. Our room also had cracks in the paneling and brown stains on the curtains. There was significant noise throughout the day, including crying children, screaming, and loud activity. The staff at check-in were pleasant, but the breakfast staff were considerably less friendly. We also did not feel secure, as doors were routinely left open and the elevators did not require a key or swipe card, meaning anyone could access the floors. Overall, we would not stay here again.

This property was exceptional from the first moment we arrived until departing. The daily full breakfast was a delight, from fresh fruit, breads etc. Gourmet dinners was a 5+ plus the chefs presentation exceptional and not to be missed. Staff was all around fantastic and attentive! We would love to return if only closer to home. All the best!
