マヨン山周辺のホテル

「たくさんあり過ぎる。チェックインしたら予約してないと言われた。どのサイトから予約したかを聞かれエクスペディアと言ってやっと部屋に入れた。フィリピンで1泊1万円近いのに部屋の広さはアパホテル並、エアコンではなくクーラー、宿泊翌日外出から戻ってもルームクリーン無し、バスタオルもそのまま。クレームをつけてタオルは変える。エクスペディアには空港送迎無料となってるが、知らないと言われる。説明するも改善せず、タクシーで行けと言われ自腹切る。こんな最悪なホテルは初めて。エクスペディア記載サービスとホテル把握が違うのは何故かとても疑問。2度とこのホテルは利用しない。何故こうなったのかエクスペディアでも確認すべき。そしてエクスペディアでこのホテルを扱うのは止めるべき。」

「全体的に清潔で部屋も広く、ホテル内のレストランも日本料理・フィリピン料理・洋食と充実しているので過ごしやすかったです。お湯もちゃんと出ました。」

「マヨン山を見に行きました。ホテルは街中にあり、大きなモールも近くにあり、とても便利なところでした。お部屋も綺麗ですし、ホテル内も値段の割にはいい感じです。ただ、朝食はそれなりのフィリピンな感じです。もちろん、ダメではありませんが、それなりです。」

「First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.」

「It's really nice like a condo. I really comfortable stay and there is the best location near the mall, bus/jeep station. There is central of the city and a little bit busy place. If you are sensitive about sounds, there is noisy at night by loud music sometimes.」
