Lakefront home with a private dock for your entire family to get away on beautiful Norris Lake! The property is 5 bedroom / 4 bath home that has a hot tub, ping pong table, WIFI, & smart TV's throughout the entire home with two covered porches to overlook pristine Norris Lake. The dock has One covered slip to take care of all your boating needs! We are just off the main channel directly across Bubba Brews & Beach Island marina. Both are a 5 min boat ride & 10 mins by car!
The Space:
-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over.
Rates are as follows:
Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes.
-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished!
-This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families, and is situated nearby to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with ~850 miles of shoreline. You can spend 2 weeks on the water, and only see 1/2 of the lake. It is deep, with many inlets and creeks that allow GREAT watersports, like tubing, skiing, wake boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.
-The walk from the lower deck to the dock is 420 feet of gravel for reference & has a steep grade. No more than 6 vehicles allowed & rental includes one covered slip for guest use. Additional boats may be put in uncovered areas of the dock.
-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove,microwave & much more! The home also includes a hot tub, ping pong table, weber gas grill with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well as a double deck with their own patio area!
-There is a private dock with a swim ladder & jet ski port! One boat is allowed per house. Our pontoon rental stays in the other slip! Please note there is not jumping off the top deck!
-It is not allowed to leave your trailer at the property & is highly recommended to launch prior to going to the property. The road is a single lane to get to the property & has a steep driveway with a sharp turn which would make turning around with a trailer difficult. You can drop the trailer at the marina (please be sure to contact them to confirm) or we have a gated warehouse nearby that you can drop your trailer at. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact me anytime. The closest launch is at Beach Island Marina (5-10 mins away)!
-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months.
Guest Access:
The entire house is available with no more than 6 cars allowed at the property & 1 boat per house. Additional boats may be kept in uncovered areas of the dock.
Other Things to Note:
-Check in is at 4 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-6 Car MAX limit as this property shares a steep driveway with our other property there.
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 10 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-WIFI is KUB Fiber
-Indoor Fireplace is for owners use only
-Please note that there is one covered slip available for guest use. We keep our pontoon rental in the other slip as stated above.
-There is no jumping off the upper level of the dock. There are steel cables that run underneath to keep the dock in place
