"Fabulous visit and yes my daughter did decide to go to school here!!! The staff is incredible - the woman who checked us in was a senior and was so nice and informative about the hotel and the school. So on theme for our first of many trips to Knoxville! GO VOLS!"

"The room was very nice. Was very impressed with cleaning team. Me and my daughter left jackets in the closet. Contacted the hotel a few days later, after realizing they where not here at home. The staff sent them back in the mail. Awsome"

"Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. "
