「This cabin is a perfect mixture of lake and privacy. Also there is plenty of room outside for the little ones to play in the giant concrete pad. With only very short ride down the hill to the marina it is a great spot to get away from the noise but be very close for convenience! Will definitely stay again thanks so much !!!」

The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. 「Nice historic home within walking distance (no more than 2 blocks) to brewery, coffee, and bagel shop. Safe walking neighborhood at day and night, no issues. Fully fenced in back yard is nice for privacy and wonderful if you have your furry friends with you. Will definitely look to rebook during our next visit to Knoxville. 」
