I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. Lord Baltimore Hotel
Dark, dank and in an unsafe part of town. I left after one night. The room was small and dark and the only window looked out into a wall. Everything was old and I couldn't tell if it was clean. Restaurant had only a limited menu--not the items that are listed on their website.
