「Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout.. The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football! Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children.」

「We booked to stay 2 nights, arrived on Friday which was a heatwave day and was told we would get a fan in our room. When there was no fan in the room, we were told they are all allocated out! When questioned the staff, we got attitude and the response was- fine, you can have my fan, I won't have one! The same night it was thunder and lightning so we left the doors open in our room, 3am we got around 30 - 40 wasps fly into our room landing on us! It was horrific. We called reception and 2 people...

「Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again.」
