The Sofitel is centrally located to Melrose Drive and Rodeo Drive, where you can eat and shop until you drop. I would be remiss if I didn’t get a warm and appreciative shot out to the Sofitel staff. From Endrique who welcomed us at the front entrance to Adonis who escorted us to our fabulous room, the entire staff made our stay worth while. Thank you to all."

"I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund."
