We called ahead and they changed our room from the 2nd floor (no elevator) to the first floor, which was very handy for moving all our luggage. This was the only hotel that we have stayed in that you could use your key to get in either door...from the hallway and also directly from the outside where our car was parked. 「Avis mitigé sur ce lieu. L'emplacement est très charmant au bord de la rivière et le restaurant est tout à fait convenable. Un peu déçu du support par téléphone qui m'a été offert lorsque j'ai appelé deux fois dans la semaine. Les infos étaient parfois inexactes voire contradictoires. Il m'a été indiqué que la réception de l’hôtel ferme à 20h30 le vendredi mais que des enveloppes à nos noms seraient disponibles pour accéder à nos chambres. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h05 et aucune enveloppe. Nous...
