"Very nice upscale hotel with excellent location in Hanover with a short walk to Main Street and university. Unfortunately, property notified us the night before our stay that they would not be serving breakfast due to staffing shortages."

The only concern we had during this trip was the valet service. They were very disorganized, lack solid communication and customer service skills. Unfortunate because they are the first interaction of a visitors stay at the beautiful Inn. "

No offer of a discount on the price of the room or even a voucher for a future stay which I never would have used. Not interested in staying there again. "
