Wonderful staff and location is incredible.

Ichinobo is a fantastic hotel with hot spring onsen facilities. We chose a room with a private open-air, full-sized immersion bath and it was well worth the extra price. The ocean and garden view from our private bath was magnificent and the bath area was designed for complete privacy so we could use the lounge reclining seats with complete freedom. We were concerned about the buffet-style dining because we expected a cafeteria-style setup with mediocre food, but it was completely different....

Great place to stay at. Stayed for two nights with breakfast included. Excellent choices and variety. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. The hotspring/spa area was the real highlight. It was a really good onsen.

The Hotel is a business hotel with many rooms. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was good. Staff was attentive and helped us to call a taxi to go to the Historical Museum of Jomon Village Oku-Matsushima. We were four people, therefore we booked two rooms to ensure each person had a bed. If you walk 7-10 minutes, you will reach to the Aeon Town stores, they have a Toys r’Us, 2nd street, Daiso, huge farmacy, and huge supermarket (Big Yamoto). There are two restaurants near that area as well....

There were few staff, but they were all very kind and efficient in their jobs. The area is fairly quiet, but that is the nature of the town. They didn't speak much English, but they tried to accommodate me where possible.

This was a nice clean hotel close to both the airport and to the Takayama Beach Company. Booking was easy. They were prepared for us and check in was very easy as well.

This property and service are superb. The only improvement I would suggest is that the shower water temperature often varies, with a sudden burst of very HOT water. It would be nice to be able to order room service, too. Thank you for a beautiful visit.
