"The house is much smaller, but is in a very nice neighborhood, and is surrounded by severel ammeneties to help with your visit, in a few minutes is a familymart and a 7-eleven, 5 minutes away is a grocery chain (Bel-X) and a Daiso, and the station thats 8 minutes away connects to a decent amount, with the easiest to access being Kita-Senju, allowing quick travel to most of the main areas, notably akihabara with the express liner.
