"We stayed at the Maseria Santa Lucia for several days. Our room was entirely built with tuff stone and very stylishly furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The reception gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was very plentiful, coffee variations were served according to our wishes, and the selection of cakes was fantastic. The Maseria has a pool and a spa. Unfortunately, the spa can only be used privately for 1.5 hours for a fee of €100."

There’s a Maison or Casa Cava that is close to drive by to load and unload the luggages, but still hard to drive to. Just a heads up. The host speaks little English. Breakfast has a great selection and very fresh."

"Everything about our stay at the hotel was excellent, such a great location ! Our room was so lovely and how fun to sleep in a beautiful cave . All the staff were so helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and special to have piano music to begin our day . Thank you making our stay in Matera so memorable."
