"Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away. "

"The room is basic but clean and totally adequate for a few nights stay..the ac/ heating control in tge room certainly makes it easy to personalize your own requirement.. Service?? Its automatic booking in...via a consol so no service there...but yes, i did interact via message Before i went and that was a positive experience... The bed and pullows was A1...so comfy.. the shower-really good pressure. Went to the restaurant, but unable to get any ones attention to even be seated so ate in the 'old town'"

"A welcome respite after different lodging every night for 5 nights! So clean, so comfortable, so welcoming. Staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for activities, etc. and even noticed it was our daughter's birthday while we were there and surprised her/us with a DELICIOUS treat!
