清掃の要・不要の札がなく不便だった。トイレットペーパーの補充用の個数が足りなすぎて、無くなるたびにフロントにもらいに行かなければならずすごく不便だった。

スタッフの応待が素晴らしかったです。

We couldn't be more grateful for the kind staff at the reception. They helped us to find my partner's bag with his passport and wallet. We could understand why my friend strongly recommended this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. At the beginning, we were a bit sad to find no refrigerator in the room. It was alright, however, there was a nice water server (still/sparkling) in every floor and supermarkets and bakeries near by. There is also a clean coin laundry in the neighbor.

The Worst Experience Ever I checked out early in the morning, but there was no staff at the front desk and no bell to call for assistance. When knocking on the desk produced no response, I knocked a second time. Suddenly, a staff member snapped at me, saying, “Once is enough. You shouldn’t knock twice!” He repeated this remark three times in an angry and aggressive manner. When he finally came out, he offered no apology and displayed an utterly unpleasant attitude. As for the hotel’s location, it is far from the station, requiring a walk of more than 10 minutes up a fairly steep hill. There are also very few places to eat in the surrounding area. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and continued ringing for some time, causing considerable panic among the guests. In the end, nothing had happened, yet the hotel provided no explanation whatsoever. The following morning, the same kind of false alarm occurred again, and once again, there was absolutely no explanation from the hotel. This was an extremely unpleasant experience that seriously tarnished my memories of my stay in Paris. I left feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
