We arrived after 8:00pm, and apparently, that is the time when the staff for the Flats leave. The HOTEL CKERK gave us our keys. But the hotel staff could not help us when we asked for sheets for the couch/bed, fan, and soap. They said they had all of those things, but they could not give us any because we were staying in...

"O quarto é bom para uma estadia curta, a cama nao e tão confortável, estava com lençol rasgado. A equipe foi atenciosa. A pousada apenas serve café da manhã, nao me atentei a isso. Nao possui restaurante para almoço e janta. O sistema de garagem e bem amplo mas o abrir do portao demora fazendo ficar esperando do lado de fora por um longo tempo ou tendo que ir no portao de pedestre pra verem que o carro esta aguardando. "

"Pontos positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto com espaço satisfatório e cama muuuito gostosa. A limpeza é impecável tanto do quarto como dos demais ambientes. Negativos: o café é bem fraco, o suco é suuuuuuper aguado, nem da vontade de beber, muita coisa com aparência de velha. Funcionários com aspecto de desmotivados, não chegam a ser grosseiros, mas são muito antipáticos, nesse aspecto eu ressalto um dos rapazes da madrugada, não peguei o nome, porém falar com ele beira o intimidador,...
