Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking) and we would.expect that as basic in a long stay as well as a clean that never took place. All the above mentioned to host via messaging but never acted upon except chemical for sink and towel change 1 week on only since requested. Overall kitchen appliamces ok buy severe lacking of usable utensils and drying cloths

Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada , nos dicen que por el perro hay que pagar 50 euros.
El precio es elevado sino para nivel de hotel y servicios que ofrece. Fatal !!!

Nettes Personal beim Check in. Saubere öffentliche Räume, Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden falls man eine Mahlzeit im Hotel einnehmen möchte.
Gut gedacht, bedeutet aber nicht gut gemacht.
Bett unbequem und quietscht.
Bad ohne Seife. Nur Duschgel war vorhanden.
Tresor im Zimmer ohne Funktion. Dies wurde auch nicht repariert.
Klimaanlage nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption nutzbar und dann mit einer ganzen Seite an Instruktionen wie und wie nicht die Klimaanlage genutzt werden darf.
Sehr hellhöriges Haus, konnte die ganze Nacht die Babies der anderen Familien hören.

Apartment had view over gardens and balcony faces west so you get the afternoon and evening sun. Quiet at night but still close to main hotel, restaurants, shops and beach. On main bus route so easy to catch bus to Las Palmas or Mogan and also to the airport. Second time we have stayed at this resort, easy walks along beach front and not too crowded.
