「We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.」

「Hotel smelled amazing right from the start. Not sure what they are using but I want it for my home. Room was clean and well appointed with microwave, fridge, and sink. Beds were really comfortable. I would absolutely stay again. Location was perfect with walking distance to main street with coffee shops and other restaurants , as well as unique boutique shops.」

「When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. Very large rooms, very clean, and all staff were great. This is also located across from the ferry so the location was perfect. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants on the street with...
