「Our stay was seamless! James gave us great recommendations for dining. Parked directly across the street. If you are going to Maryville, this is the place to have as home base!!」

「Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. 」

「Everything was great!Couple things that might benefit future guests. A little note somewhere that explains how the HVAC controller is a remote that needs to be pointed at each unit in order to make changes. And couch pillows would be a nice touch. 」

「The ownerts were awesome to work with, the property was comfortable and clean when we arrived. We had no issue or problems with anything which isn't always the way it works out with airbnab's. We were close to restaruants, parks and was actually pretty quiet considering we were close to a main street. We'd definitly stay here again and since my kids live here, we will!」

「The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!」
