"I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. "Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"Overall is a ok hotel, The staffs are friendly but the pluming wasn’t good. Shower room water was stuck. We could take a showers. We can’t brush our teethbecause the sink water was nearly. The view from our balcony was nice."

"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. I did not like the fact the WiFi was only avaliabe in the reception area. Staff was amazing, property was clean, and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best. If you’re someone like me, and...
