"Room was clean, bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the door had a large gap on the bottom of it, letting the cold air and noise in. (Probably some bugs too) overall it was an ok stay. Limited options in Port townsend. Parking is tight when you’re driving a larger vehicle"

"The reservation through Expedia was supposed to be for two queen beds. Instead we had a king and a fold out couch. Not ideal. Proprietor tried to be accommodating making sure we had bedding and pillows. It was ok to sleep on but disappointing that the switch happened. No breakfast included."

Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was amazing—welcoming, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about making guests feel at home.The view was incredible. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, looking out at the water. The house has what I would call wonderful 1950s charm—it feels like stepping back in time in the best possible way, with a cozy, nostalgic feel that made the stay even more special.I was also traveling with a very active little Houdini, so I really appreciated that the road separates the house from the water. It gave me some extra peace of mind. He absolutely loved the toys that were there, and the bathtub was perfect for him.And one of the biggest surprises: we had the best night’s sleep we have had in forever. The house was comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed.This was such a charming place to stay, with a beautiful view and a wonderful host. I would absolutely stay here again."
