Always a favorite in Leicester. Very nice hotel with friendly staff.but beds are quite small and parking on the propery is limited. Room service food was just ok.

Bit run down and grubby rooms. Had to prebook the pool and there were no slots available so couldn't swim.
Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly.
