"Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

Hotels.com com refuse to refund me for my booking stating the manager will not respond. There were either rats or birds in the roof space above my room, which kept me awake.
