"Terrible. Photos are entirely misleading. No access to the facilities advertised. Communication was terrible, from arrival to departure. Breakfast was 1 small slice of toast per person. The shower didn't work on the first day (of 2 days), and the water smelled like sewage. Way overpriced compared to others in the area given what is offered. Stay away!"

"Stunning views, very nice and helpful staff, beautiful facilities. I really like the boutique feel and location. It’s about a 5-10 minute pleasant and scenic walk to the main center and is not as crowded. We will come back!"

"Good accommodations for the price. However, if you want to elevate your stay, you can take the Funicular from the port up to Piazzetta Capri, and you enter a totally different world. I would do that next time; I'm sure it will be more expensive but very nice."

"We loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the balcony and pool is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even ate at 10pm when we first arrived and they were kind and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the bus stops right outside of the hotel, which made it super easy to go to Sorrento or Massa Lubrense or Marina Di Puolo. Would definitely stay here again!"
