We were welcomed by Francesca who's very helpful. The room we had was huge including the bathroom and a balcony as well. It was also a plus with their air conditioner! Their free breakfast was also amazing and we met the chef. Overall, we had great experience and would definitely recommend while staying in Sorrento!

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, nicely, decorated, staff was very helpful and the breakfast assortment was amazing. The hotel is close to one of the main strips. Would differently recommend staying here.

Pros: Property is in great quiet location within a few minutes walk from main town square away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Room was modern, large, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and the options were unlimited including espresso drinks made to order. Staff were helpful and kind. Cons: main floor where entry and reception area was had a strong musty/moldy smell. Smell didn’t permeate rooms or impact our stay (we were on top floor) but was definitely off putting upon entry/exit of hotel. Fridge in our room didn’t seem to get cold enough to keep anything cool enough to enjoy.

Our room was BEAUTIFUL!...so comfortable! Alessandra at the front desk was a sweetheart and so helpful. Breakfast was just OK, you were not allowed to take any fruit back to your room, very strict. Location was perfect for all the sights. Getting a taxi to take you to the Naples train station was a nightmare but obviously not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
