"Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie unseren Sommerurlaub bei Lisa verbracht. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Da ich Ferienhäuser in Italien kenne war ich von vornherein darauf eingestellt und hatte mir gewisse Sachen wie z.B. deutsche Kaffeemaschine, Besteck Campingtassen selbst mitgebracht. Die italienische Ausstattung ist leider nicht die Beste. Hier könnte man etwas Geld investieren. Aber ansonsten war alles Bestens. Das Meer ist vor der Tür allerdings ist der nächste Sandstrand 15 min zu Fuß. Wer aber Steine mag hat das Meer und den Strand direkt vor der Tür. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist im Keller gelegen, daher auch nicht zu heiss. Leider ist Abends/Nachts viel Betrieb vor der Straße…dies war etwas nervig. Über der vermieteten Wohnung leben die Schwiegereltern die auch total freundlich sind, allerdings wird spät Abends und Nachts gerne mal Möbel hin und her gerückt. Dies hat uns ab und an den Schlaf geraubt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10/15 min fussläufig zu erreichen. Tirrenia erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Bus. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vorm Haus. Wir würden nur nicht wieder kommen, da es mir etwas zu weit von unserer Lieblings Bucht ist. Sonst jederzeit wieder."

Walking distance to grocery and some of the best pastries I have ever eaten at Callise A must Thank you booking my Christmas there to visit family"

"I wasn't sure what to expect having read some very mixed reviews. The one bedroom apartment was bigger than l thought it would be, the large queen bed comfortable, as was the sofa bed, with the kitchen adequately stocked. I had brought my own washing up liquid, dishcloth and soap, having read some reviews about the lack of such essentials. If l were being picky, I would say the availability of a toaster and a kettle (for all the tea drinkers!) and additional cups etc would improve many of the poor reviews. Alessandra at Reception was very courteous and helpful with answering any questions, but the Continental Resort website could definitely use some updating in terms of photos and information provided, e.g. on using the pool and what services are on offer at the beach, for prospective guests. The email address link provided on the site was incorrect (.ita instead of .it) which was needlessly frustrating. Overall, the pool area is clean with toilets and showers, and well-maintained. The beach area too is well-maintained, perhaps a little strict in curtailing which deckchairs can be used, especially at the end of season or the weather is bad and there are very few guests around, with low demand for beach services. Overall, though l was pleasantly surprised by Continental Resort and will definitely return! Tirrenia is a great location, not only for a beach getaway, but also in its vicinity to Pisa Airport and Train Station, as a base for further travel. "
