"The hyatt had always been a favorite, this year things changed a bit. The restaurant only offered a dance competition menu not the full menu to choose from. I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded. "

"We got a honeymoon suite and it was absolutely stunning. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was SUPER hard. "

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa, it was absolutely incredible. The variety of amenities and services they offer made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt well thought out and very well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the café and restaurant on site; both offered good food and a nice atmosphere. "The laundry room and maintenance were across from our room. The doors were open all night and day making it very noisy. People were doing laundry at all hours."
