"Staff were very friendly, however there was no wifi in the room and the room smelled like mold. The carpet was wet by the air conditioner. When I told housekeeping they said due to the hot weather, the air conditioner is running a lot more. But I live in Florida where my air runs all the time without wet carpet. The Hot tub was awesome, staff said pool was heated but was cold but we really enjoyed it"

When our smoke detector started beeping—disturbing our sleep—the staff immediately stepped in to change the batteries and contact maintenance.
