"Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. Son Fanc hat alles was macht braucht. Ein sehr großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit angrenzendem Bad), 2.Bad und eine tolle Terrasse, die...

"The townhouse was fantastic. It is on a quiet lane, but in a very close proximity to the Soller bustling centre. Everything is walkable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. We had a very relaxing there."

"The house was very clean and pool is kept in shape twice a week. We really enjoyed our stay, the peacefulness of the property was remarkable. You’ll need a car to get around, the town is around 15 min walk away with plenty of restaurants."

"The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake."

"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "The appartement offers everything needed for great holidays and a relaxing time including a very nice pool. Beach, supermarket, bakery and restaurants just a short walk away. Alicia is a very nice host and we enjoyed ourselves a lot!"

The villa was perfect for us and the location is excellent if you are looking for your own peaceful place with relatively short driving distances to villlages, shopping centers, and beaches. Have your morning cafe during the sun rise at the front terrace and enjoy glass of wine at the pool while watching the sun setting done behind the mountains :-)"
