「Lovely charming hotel! Well designed, laid back but with sophistication. My room had a street view not ocean view but my morning bed was filled with sunshine. ☀️」

「Clean rooms , w/c seat was broken , window seal was sticky so item's stuck to the surface . Staff were really nice , the bar was good . Great to have free parking . Overall not bad but not memorable enough to return .」

「町の中心部から坂道を上がって徒歩１０分くらい。ホテルの前に遊歩道があり、眼下にドーヴァー海峡が広がる。天気が良ければ海峡の向こうにベルギーやフランスがかすかに見える。部屋は清潔でスタッフも親切だった。」

「Good value for what you pay out. The property is dated and really needs air conditioning in the Restaurant the food was very basic but delicious. Bedrooms and bathrooms could do with revamp the corridors where shockingly bad.」

「部屋は広めでくつろげます。バスルームも広いですが、トイレットペーパーホルダーの設計が明らかにおかしい（イギリスらしいとも言える）。ティースプーンやカップはもう少しきれいにできるはず。 ただスタッフは丁寧で親切です。食事は朝食とバーでのみでしか取りませんでしたが、バーメニューの味付けとセンスは良かった。ルームサービスの食事もイギリスの割にちゃんとしていた。次回もブロードステアーズに滞在することになったら、このホテルがファーストチョイスになります。」

「I had a room on the top floor. It was bright, spacious, clean and it had a great view. I was grateful for the AC in my unit because it was so hot in Margate when I was there. The continental breakfast delicious, lots of choice, the coffee was great and it was included. LOVED IT. Great location right beside the Turner Museum and a short walk to Cliftonville.」

「Paul was super welcoming and accommodating and had some lovely suggestions for things to do in Margate. The Beetroot is in great location and there are plenty of places to get a drink, food or coffee less than 5 minutes away. The room itself was lovely and the bed was super comfy. The seating outside the room and the courtyard are a nice touch too. Thanks Paul! We’d definitely stay again.」

「We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire.」

「部屋は清潔で、空調もしっかり効いていた。洗面台、シャワーの水圧、トイレの水量も十分で、しっかり排水され水回りのトラブルも無かった。電気設備等の不備もなく、快適に過ごせた。朝食について、6時からという案内表示されていたが6時30分になってもまだ準備ができていない日があった。またコーヒーメーカー2台のうち1台は故障しており、パントースター2台のうち1台は不調だった。朝食メニューは品数も多く満足のいく内容だった。冷蔵庫が無いのは残念な点だった。」
