「Room was clean and comfortable. But when we walked into our room, the smoke smell was strong. I had to go ask for changing a room. The staff at front told me the smoke smell had been treated and the hotel was full so no way to change. But next morning when we checked out, I specifically asked if the hotel was full. The answer was no. Actually, it was very empty. So this is the first time I gave a negative comment. Thanks!」

「If you like to stay in modern hotel in Mardin and not in old style hotel so this hotel is the best」

「I would recommend this place, clean friendly service」

「Everything was perfect! The manager, Nuh was very helpful and his staff, Sali and Ayup were friendly and attentive, making sure our visit was everything we wished for....we had a free room upgrade too....and, the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey, and we have travelled extensively across this beautiful country ❤️🇹🇷❤️🇹🇷」

「The hotel staff, housekeeping, and customer service were all excellent. Everything was very well organised, and the restaurant was great too. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the constant noise completely ruined our stay. The hotel is on a very busy street with extremely poor sound insulation, so you hear traffic, honking, people shouting throughout the day and night. We had a terrible night’s sleep and could not rest properly at all. This is clearly an ongoing issue due to the location and inadequate window insulation. If you value quiet and restful sleep, be aware of...
