"Die Adresse war vollkommen falsch. 45Minuten entfernt nach Telefonat Konnten wir sie finden. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und ok. Leider keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher und kein Geschirr. Würde uns aber alles vom Vermieter auf Nachfrage gegeben. Was gar nicht OK war, war das Bad. Waschbecken und Toilette in Zimmer 79 waren lose. Es lief unten Wasser aus. Klodeckel defekt und lose auf dem Klo. Insgesamt, für uns, war es für zwei Nächte und dem Preis gerade ok. 3 Personen und zwei Nächte....

"Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Man muss zum Eingang allerdings einige Treppenstufen überwinden. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht unbedingt geeignet. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. I also felt very safe throughout my stay.
