「The area was nice and quiet, just a few minutes drive to town. 」

「Host was welcoming and answered all questions promptly. Great house. Loved the alien/space theme. Had a fun time playing pickleball, foosball and shuffleboard. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. A few minutes drive to downtown. Loved watching the sunset over the lake from the deck. 」

「The interior of the property was fine for our trip. The beds were comfortable and the overall aesthetic was nice. The exterior design struggled to shed water after a big rain. The fans and electrical box covers were full of water. The back patio is not truly covered if it rains. The posted signs from surrounding neighbors saying smile you’re on camera doesn’t make you feel welcome. Every day we were there a team of men that lived all around were non stop mowing weeding/edging, power washing. The...

「Mr. Bob is the host with the most! Kind, informative, warm, and inviting... Mr. Bob gave us a wonderful walk through and having the cotton candy machine, ice cream maker, and pizza oven with supplies on hand were a gold star for my son. He ate cotton candy immediately . The corn to feed the deer, the kayaks and life jackets... All of it made the trip a great memory for my son's 13th bday. The location and sun room and back patio make a serene and relaxing vibe that can not be truly explained.」

「Beautiful property! Easy check-in and listing pictures are accurate. Kayaked on the Colorado, fished from the dock, loved the lower covered patio with the Adirondack chairs. Comfortable beds (we only used the 2 king beds, so cannot speak to the twins). Kitchen had ample pots, pans, and utensils (could use some more wine glasses, there were only two ;) We had planned on spending more time in Marble Falls and area, but enjoyed the property so much we barely left, ate all but one meal there,...

「We had a retreat for our small company and it was PERFECT! There was a small problem when we checked in and the host was super responsive and fixed it immediately. The property is perfect for a retreat- big enough kitchen to all cook together. Nice large tables for work times. And plenty of fun things to do once the work is done. We are planning on having our Fall retreat here as well. I strongly recommend this property. 」
