More coffee pods in room would have been nice for a three night stay. And card-operated laundry facilities.

Seems like it would have been a nice place when it first opened, but there were a ton of issues with the room. Doors that don’t close properly, missing cupboard handles, duct tape on the floor, shoddy construction work all around which is really starting to show. The coffee was also a major disappointment. They have good beans on offer from a local roaster, but the supplies to make the coffee (coffee maker and pour-over set) aren’t up to the task. The coffee maker especially was nearly impossible to figure out and constantly came out watery and bitter. On the plus side, communication with the staff was alright, in-suite laundry was a nice touch, and the gym was well equipped enough for a short stay. I would recommend staying somewhere else in the area given the price.

Beautiful property in a great location of downtown Vancouver. Ideal if you’re taking the seaplane into one of the islands as it is a 1 minute walk. The hotel lobby is a vibe and has a great sushi restaurant/bar. We had lunch there and it was great people watching. The restaurant on the second floor called Botanist was awesome as well. We had dinner at the bar and both the food and the service were top notch. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.

Breakfast could have started a little earlier, 7:00 instead of 7:30. Great made-to-order breakfast!
