I liked the outdoor pool area and the upper terrace. The room had all that was expected (TV, internet, A/C) except for a small fridge. Service was excellent!

Wi-Fi. It was almost non-existent. Rooms were comfortable and fairly well-appointed, but the wi-fi was very poor. Also, one waiter was almost rude to us, serving others in the dining room who arrived AFTER we did, and bringing our breakfast scrambled eggs on saucers (what--no plates?). The beach view was fine, and the ambiance was relaxing. The hotel is convenient to the Murcielago Beach and the Mall Del Pacifico, but there are definitely some finer points that could stand work. We won't stay there again.

Thank you to all the staff who were super cool with me and my partner. Made us feel comfortable and safe! My only complaint is the outside shower hose needs to be replaced. And if you have guests who wants cocktails , please have some one staff to make the drinks

Had stayed at this property pre-covid and decided to return to try it again hoping that it had improved after a mediocre experience. Not much had changed. I will start with saying the location in Manta and view of the ocean is EXCELLENT. The hotel is small and attractive. BUT rooms and bedding are dated. Lighting old fashioned. Locks insecure.TV's poor. Pool not well maintained. Breakfast has NO options and poor quality. And we had to explain to them that the VAT tax did not apply to my wife and I because we are in Ecuador on 90 Day tourist VISAS. That should be standard knowledge at any hotel. There are various better choices in Manta at that price.

This boutique hotel has a great infinity pool with a view over the ocean. It has a great roof top terrace as well. The staff was friendly. The bar/restaurant was great for a drink at night and breakfast in the morning. Walkable to restaurants, the mall and other stores. The room was small but comfortable. Plenty outside to do so great for sleeping. There is a dedicated hot water heater per room so you always have hot water (which is sometimes a problem in the area).

I took this hotel because of the parking available yet when i arrived at night the parking was full. I had to leave the car outside overnight. The whole place is nice but needs a lot of work when it comes to the service and amenities. The place doesnt have an elevator and we had to climb 4 floors up. One of the rooms in the family suite didn’t have AC and the towels were very bad. The hairdryer doesnt work and you have to ask for it in the reception. They included 3 towels for a party of 5 reservation. Absurd. Breakfast was supposed to start at 730 but it actually started at 8 and the whole thing was a process. The hotel has a greta view but I wouldn’t stay here again it needs to have the service issues addressed for sure.
