「Room was clean but beds were just ok. Deep tub had no safety grab bars so getting in and out eas tricky. Electronic check in had issues- code was supposed to be sent by 4pm but did not come so we had to ask. We got it after two requests around 415. Pool gate had no instructions on how to open.」

「The property is well-maintained with plenty of yard games to keep the kids entertained. The pool is clean, heated, and there are several grills right alongside it — great for barbecuing while you swim. We travel with our dog, and this place goes above and beyond for pet owners — they even provide a goodie bag for pets at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. Location-wise, it's very convenient if you're visiting the Lake Chelan area. Staff members Heather and Matt were extremely helpful...

「The property location was convenient and walkable to the boat rentals, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. Kelly and Tony were responsive with any questions we had and gave wonderful suggestions. The place had amazing views and strong central air conditioning. We were unable to connect our phones to the TV and didn’t bring laptops to connect via HDMI, but had a great time watching older movies that were playing on cable late in the evening. 」

「To start off- great communications from the team. Very prompt with information on how to check in, what the area has to offer etc. and even on the day of checking in, Kelly was there to assist where to park etc. When we got in, everything was clean, the house had amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was stocked with all required utensils, and bathroom with sufficient towels for party of 10. Pool wasn’t open in April, but hot tub was there for everyone to enjoy.
