「Except the gym was broken, it's great! (very kind staff!)」

「We stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned. They gave us 2 towels for 4 nights. I went to the front desk on day 3 and was assured the room would be cleaned that day. It was never cleaned. The bathtub did not drain and the water never got hot for a shower, it was luke warm at best. We were in a room at the back of the hotel which gets a lot of traffic noise so I would suggest requesting rooms in the front or side of the building. The mattress was also unusually soft and probably should...

「Though the room was clean, the bathroom was terribly outdated. There were black scuff marks throughout it, and when spending $500 a night on a hotel room, you would expect that not to occur. The vending machines were out of water, so there was no water available」

「The house is so unique. The host is the nicest person. I will definitely come back.」

「This was the perfect place to stay after a concert at Gilette Stadium. Clean, comfortable, full bar, good breakfast, and patient and helpful staff.」
