"We loved our stay at the Seaport Hotel. Everyday it was clean and welcoming. Staff was so kind and made us feel like we were at home every time we came back to the hotel. Also wonderful harbor views from most of the rooms. "

"I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. I first went down to the Bistro around 4 pm and was completely ignored by multiple hostesses. I eventually left and decided later that evening l would order takeout. I ordered the Chicken Picatta which was extremely disappointing- so bland and had a very gummy texture in the sauce. "

"The hotel is next to a metro station, Making it easy to get to Boston. The room is comfortable and bath is very good. The breakfast has few options, but it's good and enough to start the day. Coffee is available during the whole day. The front desk staff was very attentive and received all my packages without any problems."
