the location is good, comfortable, nearby to amenities.. cant rate so much as i stayed for only 7 hours..but i could say facilities are good.. but need to provide more glass cups and plates in the kitchen area..overall..im satisfied

The room has a large space enough to accomodate 6-8 persons. The kids enjoyed the amenities; pool and billiards. It is very convenient too to malls like Megamall and close proximity to Robinson’s and Kapitolyo. The Condo is connected to Shangrila Mall too. Superb staff majes the ratings to 5star

Great location!

This is the first time i checked in to this hotel. Before we checked in, i called the number that was listed on their website and confirmed my reservation. The person I talked to said, that we could just go there and someone would assist us for check in. When we got there and informed the receptionist that we were checking in, she was puzzled and looked as if she didn't have any idea what we were talking about. I gave her my name, and told her that i booked my reservation online through Expedia, and she looked through logbook and didn't find my name. I was disappointed that she was the receptionist but didn't know anything about our reservation. Then finally a guy came to the lobby and asked for my name, and I confirmed, saying it was me. Then i found out that there was a third party when i booked the room online, he was nice though. My point is, they should let their client know that there is a third party that will be involved. It is weird that they don't have the list of guests that will be staying in their hotel. Secondly, the room that we stayed in was clean, but everytime we left the room and come back at night, there were cockroaches. Though they were just small ones, it still bothered us. Hotels like that shouldn't have any cockroaches in the room. Overall, our stay was great with the location close to 2 big malls and easy access to the MRT.

The place is great in terms of cleanliness and location. One thing I don't like is there is no available parking. The nearest parking is in Shangrila Mall and it costs a lot if you park more than 1 day.

Convenient except for critters.

The room looks exactly like the picture on the ad except for a few noticeable gaps on the flooring. They could have turned on the air conditioning before we got there because temp felt warmer inside than out. Other than that staying in this hotel made our trip back to the Philippines better.

No hotel-like service, but can be the best choice

The first thing to bear in mind is this is not a hotel, but a condominium. There is no tooth brush, shampoo, or soap in the room. They do not make bed every day. But still, this is one of the best choices in Ortigas, I believe. This condominium is new, comfortable and luxurious. The swimming pool is large and very clean with few people until late afternoon, though you need to pay 100 peso per person and 30 peso per towel at the management office beforehand. The biggest advantage to stay here is that the luxurious shopping mall and the MRT station is very close. Oceanblue always give me the best experience in Ortigas.

Good Location

The location of the CondoHotel is great, it is walking distance to Shangri-La Plaza and Megamall. However, the room that we stayed is not clean enough, it is dusty and they do not have extra bed sheets and blankets for 4 people. But the staff are friendly and very helpful.
